Start with the request in your account
After submission, the receipt appears in the customer account area. Open the request to check its reference, treatment, guest count, date and requested time. The response is available there; do not depend on receiving an automatic email to discover a status change.
Requested means the team still needs to check availability. It does not hold a room or practitioner, and it is not the same as a confirmed appointment. Read any reply and remaining confirmation instruction as well as the status label.
Change the plan clearly
The request receipt is not an inline appointment editor. If you want a different time or treatment, check whether cancellation is available for the existing request before sending a replacement. Keep the old reference when discussing the change so the team can identify which plan you mean.
For a larger party, different treatments or essential therapist preferences, explain the complete new arrangement. Adding a second request does not automatically cancel the first, combine their guests or guarantee parallel appointments.
Read cancellation as a status change
Use the cancellation action where it is offered and check that the request now shows cancelled. If it is no longer offered or the team has already replied with arrangements, contact the team through the help details and quote the reference.
This describes the request workflow, not a refund policy. Any charges and cancellation terms must be stated for the actual booking; do not assume a free-cancellation window or a refund from a status button.
Keep one agreed plan
Before travelling, compare the latest reply with the treatment and time you intend to attend. If there are two references, ask which one the team is handling. Retain the final details so everyone in your party follows the same arrangement.
