Changes and cancellation
Cancel a pending or approved request from your account. For a different time, cancel and send a new request. Contact the team before travelling if the request is still awaiting review.
Your booking information
Your name, email, optional phone and visit preferences are used to handle your request and support. Authorized staff can access the details needed for your appointment. Optional browsing statistics are separate and can be refused below. Contact us for questions about your information.
Privacy choices
Optional events store only page type, language and catalogue ID with a random session ID. No advertising trackers. Declining deletes your optional events.
