Name the people and their treatments
Start with the number of people receiving a service. Some offers are priced per person; others are a package for a defined party. Read that distinction before comparing totals. If guests want different treatments, select each person’s treatment where the venue supports that option. Adding a non-treated companion is a separate choice.
Ask about children and access
Do not assume that an adult service is available to a child. The venue defines accepted ages, which treatments are suitable within its own menu and whether an adult guardian is required. Enter the actual age in the child option. Check shared-space access rules as well as the privacy of the treatment room.
Make timing and therapist preferences explicit
A couple’s visit does not automatically mean simultaneous treatments. Ask whether rooms and staff allow the whole party to start together. A guest may prefer a woman, a man or have no therapist preference. These choices are independent of the guest’s gender and can change which slots are available.
Check the complete party total
Review treatment quantities, package pricing, companions and any optional extras. Confirm whether tea, pastries or transport are included or separately priced. The venue must define these terms; photographs do not establish inclusions. Make a request if the venue reviews availability rather than keeping an instant calendar, and read the resulting confirmation state.
