A visible time is a choice to check
Choose a treatment, party and preferences before selecting an exact start time. For venues with a maintained calendar, the system checks the required rooms, qualified staff, duration and cleaning intervals. The displayed choices can change when another booking is made. A screenshot of a time is not a reservation.
An instant selection can have an expiring hold
When you continue, an available instant appointment can be held temporarily while you review it. The review shows its expiry and quoted details. Complete the required confirmation steps before that deadline. An expired hold releases capacity; it should not appear as a confirmed booking.
A request needs the venue’s review
Some venues manage appointments without a connected calendar. They can receive a request for the chosen time and preferences. A pending request holds no inventory and does not collect a payment. Venue approval establishes that availability was reviewed; a remaining final confirmation step must still be completed where shown. A declined or expired request is not a booking.
Use the status in your account
Your account displays the reference, itinerary and current state. Check that state before travelling. A confirmation value is different from a payment receipt. If anything is unclear, open a support case from the relevant booking or request. Replies appear in your account; an on-screen reply should not be assumed to be an email.
