Three names, different roles
Savon beldi or black soap is a product used in hammam treatment menus. Ghassoul, also written rhassoul, is a clay used in some care routines. A kessa is the exfoliating glove, not another soap. A venue may combine them, but a product bundle and a booked treatment are different purchases. Read what is included in each before ordering.
Compare the exact product
Names such as argan, traditional or Moroccan do not establish a complete ingredient list or certification. Check the seller’s declared ingredients, the quantity and the instructions for that particular item. A photo of an oil bottle does not establish whether the oil is intended for cosmetic or food use. Choose the named variant and verify its size before adding it to your bag.
Follow the seller’s instructions
Product instructions can differ between formulations and materials. Use the instructions supplied with the item rather than extending a spa’s procedure to every retail product. Ask the seller if an ingredient or an intended use is unclear. Claims about certification or composition need evidence from the seller.
Separate product delivery from your appointment
A shop order has its own stock, delivery or collection method and seller terms. Booking a treatment does not reserve a retail product unless that product is explicitly included in the treatment. Review each seller’s order separately and keep the receipt for questions about collection or returns.
